Season’s Greetings!

Hope you had a great Christmas. If you don’t celebrate Christmas I hope you had a lovely few days doing whatever it is that makes you happy!

I had a great Christmas. I spent it with the dogs Kylah, Vinnie and Blue (‘the kids’) and my partner Robin. It’s a time for us to have real quality time together and enjoy the countryside. We had a magical day on Christmas Day with an 11 mile walk in the snow. We don’t see enough of the snow, but boy is the UK badly organised for it! (Thank goodness I have a 4 x 4).

The walk was followed by lounging in front of some DVDs, and topped off with home-made stollen and ice cream. That to me is what this time of year is all about.

Of course then on 27th December it was back to the work to launch this website. It somehow seems right to be launching it on 1st January 2010.

However before that we have a lovely New Year’s Eve planned with our friends Mary and Ken. We’ll go for a relax, a chat, a few drinks and nibbles and to see the azawakh puppies they are looking after for a friend (breeder) in France. I think in total there will be 12 dogs. The dogs will probably outnumber the people!

Enjoy your time off, if you have it, and get ready with those New Year resolutions. If one of those is to finally get that dog you’ve always wanted, let me know.
